Turns out you’re really good at wedding planning! Or maybe relinquishing control is hard. Probably both–and that’s okay! But really, since you can’t clone yourself, let me manage your day so you can actually enjoy all of your hard work.
I’ll start working with you 45 days before your wedding to not only learn every detail you’ve planned so I can execute them seamlessly, but also help you refine them and identify any potential gaps.
Includes:
✔ Coordinator and 1 assistant on-site for 10 hours
✔ Oversee setup and breakdown
✔ 1 venue visit (usually the final walkthrough)
✔ 4 planning meetings
✔ Timeline creation
✔ Vendor management
✔ Point-of-contact for vendors and VIP guests on the wedding day
