Turns out you’re really good at wedding planning! Or maybe relinquishing control is hard. Probably both–and that’s okay! But really, let me manage your day so you can actually enjoy all of your hard work.

I’ll start working with you up to 45 days before your wedding and learn every detail so that I can seamlessly execute your plans.

The following are priced for events with 100 guests or less.

Retrograde Proof
$1800

For restaurant weddings that need minimal decor setup and have only a few outside vendors

  • Coordinator on-site for 8 hours

  • 1 assistant for 8 hours

  • 1 location

  • Oversee setup and breakdown

  • 1 venue visit (usually the final walkthrough)

  • 3 planning meetings

  • Finalizing details and timeline

  • Distribution of final timeline to vendors

  • Point-of-contact for vendors and VIP guests on the wedding day

For all the DIYers who are flying too close to the sun

  • Coordinator and 2 assistants on-site up to 12 hours 

  • Up to two locations

  • Oversee overall setup and breakdown with more extensive decor

  • 1 venue visit (usually the final walkthrough)

  •  4 planning meetings

  •  Finalizing details and timeline

  • Distribution of final timeline to vendors

  • Point-of-contact for vendors and VIP guests on the wedding day

For the last 90 days, I’ll take over as the point of contact for your vendors and start working with them to create a day-of timeline. I’ll help with floor plans, creating the ceremony, ironing out the little details, and filling in the gaps you didn’t realize were there.

There are a lot of moving parts in a wedding. This comprehensive option allows me to make sure nothing is missed and helps you enjoy the last three months of your engagement.

CONSULTING $150

For one hour, we can chat about EVERYTHING related to your wedding. I’ll give you ideas, recommend resources, and help you hash out details. After our meeting, I’ll type up my notes and send links to anything I mentioned
